Too Many Women - 1942

Richard Sutton is happily engaged to his girlfriend, Linda Pearson, but they are unable to matrimonially bind themselves together until their financial situation improves. In an effort to help their situation, he ends up telling a lie about his rich uncle dying, leaving him a fortune. Once the town hears about him being eligible to receive a fortune, he somehow unwittingly finds himself engaged to three different women.
