When the Archbishop of visits Nottingham, the Sheriff sees a way of depleting Robin’s band by one; he’ll get rid of the troublesome Friar Tuck once and for all. As usual, the outlaws have the last laugh.

There is an archery tournament coming up in which Robin Hood has had his name entered. The only problem is, Robin Hood is away visiting friends at the time. Marian, selected in Robin’s absence, tries to fool everyone and win the tourney in his stead.
Robin Hood 115 – Little Mother - 1958
Marian and Little John intervene when they see a little old woman being abused by two of the Sheriff’s stooges. To his surprise, Little John finds out the little old woman is his mother.
Robin Hood 114 – Women’s War - 1958
After she has been rescued from the Sheriff’s men, Robin agrees to allow two of his men to escort Ann de Brisac, a noblewoman, to a place where she claims to have hidden gold: after their departure. Marian arrives with news that the woman is a spy.
Robin Hood 113 – Lincoln Green - 1958
Forewarned that Robin Hood and Maid Marian will visit Nottingham Fair to buy new supplies of Lincoln Green cloth, the Sheriff stations his men-at-arms in the town square – but a tailor’s scissors provide Robin with an unusual escape route.
Popeye – Spree Lunch - 1957
Both Popeye and Bluto open restaurants right next to each other and eventually obsess over competing over Wimpy’s business. This escalates until Popeye and Bluto are angrily throwing food items at each other, to the benefit of Wimpy.
Popeye – Cookin’ with Gags - 1955
Popeye and Bluto take Olive Oyl out for a picnic. It’s April 1st, so Bluto plays a series of pranks on Popeye and Olive that eventually ascend into the realm of inappropriate, so Popeye gets back.
Popeye – Nearlyweds - 1957
Popeye and Bluto have had their eye on Olive Oyl for marriage, but Popeye asks first. Olive says yes, so Bluto does everything he can ruin Popeye’s image and break up their plans for marriage.
Robin Hood 112 – The Lottery - 1958
The Sheriff’s plans to raise money for Prince John is a type of fixed lottery and it seems foolproof, yet Robin Hood finds a way to thwart him yet again.
