The Sheriff, ever greedy, decides to make up a protection tax for anyone travelling through Sherwood. He knows this will not go over well with the travelers, as Robin’s gang of men don’t steal or attack people with true and honorable intentions. To get around this the Sheriff creates a rival gang or prisoners to rob and attack travelers, making his new seem necessary. When Friar Tuck is robbed by a prisoner he knows, Robin Hood has Tuck join the new gang to find out what is going on.
