Mike’s good friend calls him in the middle of the night saying he needs to send some revealing pictures to Mike for safety, but is murdered in the middle of the conversation. Mike goes abroad to investigate, and finds out his friend was in some deep s**t.
Kovac goes to a crooked casino outside of Las Vegas. He is allowed to leave the casino, but only to be setup as a scapegoat for a smear campaign against a politician working to get rid of the crooked casino owner.
Kovak get’s mixed up with a dangerous crazed criminal and soon to be murderer and is forced to take pictures of him as he commits his crimes. Since Kovac is isolated from help, he gives clues through his photographs.
