Robin Hood 127 – Hostage for a Hangman - 1958

The Deputy Sheriff tells Robin, during a truce, that he will hang two serfs everyday until Robin gives himself up. Marian’s guests, two Lords who outrank the Deputy Sheriff, Alford (Humphrey Lestocq) and Beaumont (Jack Melford) are called on by Robin to make the Deputy Sheriff show his true colors by dressing them as serfs and the first to be hanged.
