Wilford Butler is gone from his house and while he’s away his mansion is turned into a mental institution for the criminally insane. On the day he returns back, he is set on fire and dies, leaving the mansion to his grandson. Years pass and the mental institution was shut down. His grandson finally returns to the house to sell it, and finds the towns people feeling strangely about the mansion and that a serial killer from another institution is using the abandoned mansion for a hideout.
