This is Charlie Chaplin’s 24th movie, filmed and released in 1914. Charlie Chaplin plays the Tramp. A girl sitting with a seaman on a bench moves the bench where the Tramp is sitting. This stirs up a brick fight between the seaman and the tramp, inadvertently hitting and bringing into the fight some nearby policemen. All hell breaks loose when the seaman, the girl, the tramp and the policemen rumble for a while until, in the commotion, they all tumble into the water.
